Jorge Sariego is a Boston native, Founding Partner of SERHANT. Massachusetts, and founder of The Boston ONE Team. With more than 15 years of experience, Jorge advises homeowners, developers and investors throughout Greater Boston and across key Northeast markets. His background as a real estate developer, investor and construction-company executive gives clients a perspective that extends beyond traditional brokerage—from positioning and renovation strategy to marketing, negotiation and value creation.

In Massachusetts, Jorge founded Boston One Realty Group, then transitioned to SERHANT. as a Founding Partner and founded The Boston ONE Team, a residential and commercial real estate team that revolutionizes traditional marketing through digital media, branding, and technology. The Boston One Team services new development and resales in the Greater Boston area.

In New York, Jorge services New York City and the Hamptons. Jorge is known as innovator and disruptor to the industry for his use of digital media and amplification which has led to more than $1B in closed sales.
